Our APIs are used to automate the collecting, processing, and renewing activities on trade-in devices. The goal is to minimize as much time possible between the moment devices are received and the instant they are sent out of our facility. By automating processes such as inventory management, screen testing, and cosmetic grading, HYLA can ensure customers receive industry-leading recovery values for their unused devices.
APIs are available for viewing and testing for subscribed users.
Our Services
Here at the technology and processing center, we receive used devices to be prepared for resale. Our facility specializes in assessing devices' cosmetic conditions, testing for functionality, and clearing out any existing customer data. Additionally, repairs are then made onsite as needed. The devices that are refurbished are resold, while a small percentage that cannot be restored will be sent for recycling.
Our operations help to divert thousands of tons of e-waste from landfills. Creating a circular economy for electronic devices is not easy, but with our technology and infrastructure, our economic, social, and environmental impacts are limitless.
